Free Standard Returns
You may return any product purchased from our online store within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in “like-new” condition, with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
Kumo will cover the standard return shipping costs, except in the cases noted below.
Conditions for Accepting a Return

The product must be unused or show minimal use compatible with a reasonable evaluation of the product.

Returns without proof of purchase may be rejected.

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the product does not meet the “like-new” condition requirements.

How to Initiate a Return
Before initiating a return, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team so we can assist you personally and explore possible solutions.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive:

A prepaid shipping label valid for 14 days.

A return authorization document that must be included in the package.
Return Instructions

Package the product in its original box, including all components and accessories.

Place the return authorization document inside the package.

Use the provided label to send it according to the instructions.

Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return is confirmed.

Kumo is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
Timelines and Refunds

Returns must be received by Kumo within 30 days of product delivery.

Once the package is delivered, the return process may take 10–15 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding initial shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Kumo).
